ENERGY PROGRAMS DIRECTOR The Energy Programs Director is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and coordination of all energy programs and projects within Lakes and Pines Community Action Council, Inc. This position provides direction and supervisory responsibility for employees in the Energy Assistance Department and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all Federal and State regulations and procedures relative to the Energy Assistance Program. Responsibilities include: Making changes that will increase program efficiency, reduce costs, and provide more effective services to target area households; Reviewing system reports regarding program assistance expenditures for consumers; Responsible for public relations efforts; Managing program budgets to ensure cost control and attainment of revenue goals; Directs the daily operations of supervised staff, etc. Please go to https://www.lakesandpines.org/employment to see full job description. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least three years' experience working with vendors, contractors, social service agencies, county governments, or equivalent experience. Must have proven administrative experience in a supervisory capacity and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Business travel required.
