Agency Fiscal Controller &Lakes Lakes and Pines, CAC, a private non-profit organization, is seeking pines a professional to lead the Fiscal Department. COMMUNITY ACTION The Department Director must ensure all applicable laws, regulations and performance standards as prescribed by Federal and State regulations are followed within Agency policies and procedures. The individual will be responsible for preparing and maintaining payroll, accounts payable and receivable records and reports of all assigned programs and oversee the maintenance and fiscal grant requirements as prescribed by funding regulations, laws and internal operations. Responsible for adherence to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements. Evaluates operational progress through regular reporting of expenditures to the Executive Director and funding sources. Supervises all Department personnel. Applicant must have a minimum of three years proven administrative experience in a supervisory capacity, as well as experience and/or demonstrate knowledge of non-profit accounting practices. Must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Uniform Guidance. Must have aptitude for budget control; must be able to evaluate budgets and fiscal information in relation to on-going program activities. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, public administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
