COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR Lakes and Pines Community Action Council, a private non-profit organization, is seeking a professional to assist in the on-going planning, development, management and implementation of the Agency-wide systems that support multiple projects which promote self-sufficiency for individuals and families with low-incomes. This position provides direction and supervisory responsibility for employees in the Community Services Department and provides oversight of anti-poverty programs, such as homeless prevention, financial literacy, senior services, application assistance and tax preparation clinics. Responsibilities include: grant writing and execution, research and program planning, public administration, and grant reporting. Bachelor's Degree in public administration, planning, urban/rural studies, social work or a related interdisciplinary human service field; work experience in community service programs management, planning or coordination; and successful experience in social science research methods, statistical analyses, budgeting, grant writing, and securing funding is required. Must have proven administrative experience in a supervisory capacity and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Business travel re- quired. Full time position with generous benefit package. Starting salary is dependent upon qualifications: $24.57- $26.74 per hour.
