As a Certifier 1, your primary responsibility will be to review Energy Assistance Program consumer applications for completeness, then process the household data using multiple computer systems and programs to determine if the household is eligible for assistance. A qualified candidate must be dependable and able to work with low-income and diverse individuals/families. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent, strong math and communication skills and the ability to type and compose letters.
