EMERGENCY SERVICES PROGRAM MANAGER Are you bored with what you're doing right now? Lakes & Pines has a challenge for you! Lakes & Pines Community Action Council is hiring an Emergency Services Program Manager. The Emergency Services Program Manager has general responsibility for the organization, implementation and delivery of community action programs, as assigned. This position has the general responsibility to act as a resource, an advocate for low-income persons and self-sufficiency programs, and to design and implement strong supportive service, education and outreach programs that benefit community action programs' participants and the community. This position is also responsible for assisting in the development of new programs and designing outreach techniques to build awareness within the community. Integral to this position is continued support of the mission of the Agency. High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience working in a related field. Position is Full Time. Benefits of this job include: Starting salary range is $22.10-$23.45 per hour (Potential for raise at 6 months and annually thereafter) Thirteen (13) paid holidays which includes a floating holiday Earn two hours annual leave and two hours sick leave for every 40 hours worked the first year Up to 5% retirement contribution match after meeting enrollment requirements Multiple opportunities for training and advancement within the organization G Takes &pines COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL, INC.
