Ogilvie Public Schools is seeking a skilled individual who has experience as a custodian and can efficiently manage/oversee this department, both mechanically and as a custodian supervisor. Maintenance Operations Co-Coordinator Salary: TBD, based on skill and experience Prefer a Minnesota 1st Class C" Boiler's License; will accept Specialist Boiler's License with experience toward obtaining the higher level license Position Start Date: July 28, 2020 Hours: 20-25 hours per week, year round Responsible To: Superintendent Duties: Perform minor mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repair work. Order supplies and maintain inventories. Facilitate preventive maintenance service agreements. Schedule necessary building repairs. Schedule and oversee work assignments for custodians. Qualifications/Physical Requirements: General knowledge of HVAC system, Boilers and Generator. Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance. Experience contacting vendors for project quotes. Ability to create work schedules, including weekend events. Ability to manage people respectfully and efficiently. Must possess good organizational skills to insure efficient building operations. Must be able to relate positively to students, staff and the general public.
