Companion Pets Interactive "cats" or "dogs," are available to provide companionship for persons living with Alzheimer's or Dementia, to create a joyful, fun experience to help combat social isolation and depression Rotary Education Connecting caregivers and families of persons living with a dementia to education and resources - Dementia Friends Sessions, Lunch & Learns, and Caregiver Essentials (651) 674-8040 www.FamilyPathways.org This Family Pathways Aging Services program is sponsored, in part, by a 2022 MBA Dementia Grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services and with support from local donors, cost share participants, and Family Pathways Thrift Store revenue.
