HOMEMAKER SERVICES SPECIALIST Family Pathways is looking for multiple Homemaker Services Specialists in the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine. This fulfilling position gives assistance to older adults who want to remain living independently. Perform light housekeeping and homemaking activities of daily living such as menu planning, meal preparation and cleanup; assistance with laundry (non-heavy items); opening/sorting mail; making the bed, sweeping/mopping the floor, cleaning the bathroom.
