Applicants must have skills and knowledge with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, snow removal, lawn care, drywall and carpentry, communicate effectively, pos- sess a valid drivers license, and be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb, carry, push, pull, lift, walk, and stand.
