JOB OPENING Administrative & MORA HOUSING Program Supervisor AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Where: Mora, MN Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 DOQ; health insurance, paid sick, vacation & holidays Duties: This position is responsible for overseeing the administration and routine reporting for federal, state and local affordable housing programs in accordance with established policies, rules and regulations, as well as overseeing waiting lists, application processing and recertifications to maintain acceptable occupancy standards in Pine Crest, Dala House and Vasa House properties and to provide administrative support as needed to the Interim/Executive Director. This position provides training and work direction to certification and property management staff. Qualified candidates for this position will possess strong office technology and programs, math and clerical skills, high attention to detail, ability to read and interpret relevant statutes and regulations and the ability to effectively communicate with people of diverse ethnic, economic and social backgrounds. Prefer experience with HUD Public Housing, 202 PRAC, HCV, PBV, Rural Development Sec. 515, MN Housing Bridges RA, issuing assistance payments and eligibility processing.
