FULL-TIME PURCHASER Fowler Parts Service is a leading customer service-based parts distributor for ATV/ UTV, Snowmobile, Lawn Mower, Small Gas Engines and Power Equipment. We are located in Ogilvie, MN. Powersports industry experience a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include: Run reports to check inventory Order product for inventory Monitor stock levels & place orders Manage backordered stock Track vendor orders/ensure delivery Research potential vendors Compare & evaluate offers from vendors Negotiate contract terms & pricing · Enter order details & maintain vendors Prepare reports/cost analysis Back up support for dealer phone orders Back up support for web product listings Additional duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Agent, or similar role Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors Understanding of supply chain procedures Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis Negotiation skills Consistent Customer Service Skills Excellent experience working with Microsoft products (Word & Excel) Pay DOQ.
