Recovering Hope Treatment Center is grateful to be part of a community that shows their compassion and support of our programs, clients, and staff. During the holiday season we received donations from a variety of community members and organizations which helped to create a more joyful holiday for the 74 women and 30 children in our residential treatment program. Each child was excited to receive matching pajamas and each client and child was able to open a gift on Christmas because of the thoughtful donations we received. We extend a heartfelt thank you to Kanabec County Arts Association, St. Andrew's Field Sunsetters, Immanuel Lutheran Church, Braham Knit Wits, Barb Orstad, Bethani Sando, and many other community members that provided donations. Throughout the year we are proud to work collaboratively with many fantastic partners, including Kanabec County Community Health, Welia Health, Lakes and Pines Head Start, One More Time, Pizza Hut, Emma's Pizza, Better Together Coalition, Legislative Leaders (City and County), Mental Health and Substance Use Providers. Recovering Together with our community partners, Recovering Hope Treatment Center supported 896 clients and welcomed eleven healthy babies in 2021. In addition, our efforts helped to reduce stigma surrounding substance use, enhance harm reduction strategies, and improve mental health and wellness.
