Human Resources Coordinator MORA MUSTANGS 1.0 FTE 12 months/year General Definition of Work: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the human resources functional areas of the schools district including but not limited to recruitment and employee onboarding; benefits administration; establishes and maintains communications with the various employee units; recommends and administers District human resources policies and procedures; assists Districtadministrators and employees concerning personnel issues and employee/ labor relations issues, negotiations, contract interpretation and practices. Qualifications: Required: An Associate's Degree in human resources or closely related field and 2 - 4 years of related experience. The ability to pass a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Background Check, work periodic evenings, and work with the public. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field. PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Annual Salary: D.0.Q.
