SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER MORA MUSTANGS 1.0 FTE Location: Mora High School and ALC Job Duties include: Performs professional work in individual, small group, and/or classroom settings to guide, assess, mentor, and counsel students. Educate and provide social-emotional and mental health support, personal counseling, and other services to meet the unique needs of students. Act as liaison to the counseling department, and coordinate HHM, SpEd and 504 referrals. Deliver Tier 2 and 3 interventions for Mora Alternative Learning Center. Collaborate with local community resources, ALC and High School staff to bridge services for students and families to enhance student success. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Teaching License in School Social Work. Chemical dependency background and/or ACES training preferred.
