MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN POSITION 1.0 FTE Location: District Wide MORA MUSTANGS Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Job Duties: The routine work of this position includes maintenance work needed to operate and maintain the buildings and grounds in good and aesthetically pleasing condition. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, lawn and landscape maintenance, herbicide application, snow removal of exterior walk areas and driveways, lining and chalking of athletic fields, small engine and job-related machinery/equipment maintenance. Ensures assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner. Qualifications: Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations and best practices; federal, state, and local building codes and regulations; requirements for maintaining school buildings in a safe, clean and orderly condition is required. Ability to operate a variety of job-related equipment and supplies; evaluate and solve problems; organize; work with others; and keep basic records is required. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus job related custodial and maintenance experience and knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations and best practices required. A current, valid MN Boiler's License, basic computer skills, induding Google applications, are preferred. Must pass a BCA background study.
