HEALTH PARAPROFESSIONAL 4.0 Hours/Day 174 days per year + 6 paid holidays Location: Mora High School MORA MUSTANGS Job Duties include: Administration of medication and first aid to students under the direction of the school nurse (RN), assist in office clerical duties including answering telephones, greeting visitors, assist with health forms and procedures, prepare various reports and assist in monitoring students in the health office. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; and ParaPro Test with a score of 460 or higher, or 2 years post HS education (AA degree or 60 semester credits) required. LPN licensure strongly preferred. Specific experience and/or knowledge in medication administration, current Adult, Child and Infant CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, BLS/CPR for Healthcare preferred. Above average oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, experience with Google applications, Microsoft Office, Synergy student record system and prior office experience preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality practices.
