SCHOOL COUNSELOR OR SOCIAL WORKER 2020-2021 MORA 1.0 FTE 184 Contract Days Grades 7-12 MUSTANGS Location: Mora High School and Mora ALC Job Duties indude: Performs professional work in individual, small group, and/or classroom settings to guide, assess, mentor, and counsel students. Educate and provide social-emotional and mental health support, personal counseling, and other services to meet the unique needs of students. Deliver Tier 2 and 3 interventions for Mora Alternative Learning Center (.5) and Mora High School (.5) students. Collaborate with local community resources, ALC and High School staff to bridge services for students and families to enhance student success. Qualifications : Valid Minnesota Teaching License in School Counselor or School Social Worker, or ability to obtain. Chemical Dependency background and/or ACES training preferred.
