Overseeing, making payments, maintaining and tracking records in Crisis and Energy Related Repair programs. Working with contractors/vendors to coordinate delivery of ser- vices. Outreach activities/actively refer households to other programs. Respond to after hour emergency calls relative to heat related emergencies.
