The 5-County, East Central Solid Waste Commission (ECSWC) serves Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine counties. ECSWC offers disposal for household waste, demolition waste, and recycling for appliances, tires, electronics, and mattresses.
