Mora Municipal Airport is located approximately two miles northeast of downtown Mora just off MN Trunk Hwy. 23 and adjacent to the industrial park. The airport was constructed in 1945 and expanded in 1950, 1964, 1983, 2007, and 2017 and now covers over 400 acres. Owned and operated by the City, the airport features an improved and expanded 4,800-foot paved primary runway and parallel taxiway, and a grass crosswind runway. There are 17 hangars at the airport. About 45 aircraft are based at the airport. Over 24,000 operations (take-offs and landings) occur at the airport each year.
